Cocktails galore in Didsbury

Well....I had a lovely weekend, catching up with friends (after my boyfriend told me I was too anti-social - that's what happens when you work in social media!)
Starting off in Didsbury lounge on Friday night, enjoying delicious passionfruit mojitos, whilst talking house buying (yes i'm buying a house), nights out and general gossip.
The vibe in Didsbury lounge was fantastic, the staff were great and the music was the best.
The whole place had a great vibe.

We then mooched over to Cibo in Didsbury Village which was a bit quieter but had a really relaxed vibe and the best cocktail list I have ever seen.
I started with a 'Cassanova's Weekness' which is great for those with a sweet tooth. It had popping candy on it and everything and then moved on to a tequila based cocktail called Zucchero Lampone - not my favourite flavouring as it did taste very tequila-ry. Not to mention i spilt half on my lap trying to send a selfie snapchat to my boyfriend - yes I was determined to show him I am the sociable type.

Vogue Fashion Night Out

Last week I was lucky enough to attend the Vogue Fashion Night Out in Manchester where I mooched to fashion store, Flannels to meet the fabulous Matthew Williamson.

The store was packed and everyone was eager to see the Matthew themselves. 

I was lucky enough to get a sneaky peek, but I was more privileged to catch up with one of the ladies from Vogue magazine (total fashion bible to me). 

Nails Inc were also present at the event, pushing their #spotthepinkie campaign in aid of Breast Cancer awareness which Matthew is a huge supporter of. 

I picked out a few key pieces from the range at Flannels:

All in all a great night! The cocktails provided from Neighbourhood were also beyond lush!
